Graduate Personal Tour Request Form

Looking to dive deeper into the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program? This customized experience gives you the opportunity to explore our Physician Assistant Studies labs and get answers to program-specific questions. Graduate Personal Tours are offered on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. and Thursdays at 10 a.m. between Monday, August 24, 2026 to Friday, December 4, 2026.

Please note that this form is to request a Graduate Personal Tour and that your visit is not confirmed until you receive an email with your agenda. Because these are customized visits, we ask for two weeks' planning time.

Tours are not offered on the following dates:

Wednesday, October 29 and Friday, October 30 (Scheduling/Advising)
Wednesday, November 25 and Thursday, November 26 (Thanksgiving Break)
